🦨to this day Gamemaker doesn't let you use texture2D vertex texture sampling in Windows without a DLL, a DLL we had to include in Blobun to allow stephanie's slime trail to do all that fancy jiggling it does. hopefully the new runtime fixes this and isn't trying to maintain compatibility with iphones from like 2010 that didn't support the openGL ES spec properly anyways
