🐭ashe helped a lot with this one. at a certain point you just say "okay, this is what the game will become, and this is what the game wont become" and you just have to stick to it. you have to close a bunch of doors so that you can aim towards the finish line. even if you think you can do better, at a certain point you just have to take what you have and shape it up. I don't think this is a like, thing that just happens - you have to literally just go out of your way and say "okay, this is what the game is" and stick to just that. it's a very conscious, resolute thing
