kala ko 1 day ka lang mawawala, bakit po parang ghinost mo na kami? hahaha joke, i miss you po rr :(
hiiiii namiss kitaaa🫶🏼 how's your day?
otornim, what if the person who left you suddenly comes back? tapos nag-aact siyang parang walang nangyari—na parang hindi ka niya iniwan. na wala lang 'yon. na parang hindi ka umiyak gabi-gabi dahil sa kanya, tinanong ang sarili mo kung may kulang ka, at ginagaslight mo pa sarili mong okay ka pa kahit obvious na hindi. then out of nowhere, nag-sorry siya sayo, pero walang paliwanag. aalang dahilan. walang closure. walang kahit ano.
It's like he never went through what you did when he left—yung pangungulila, yung pag-replay ng happy memories sa utak mo, yung pag-iyak sa unan, yung umaasa ka na babalik siya para man lang magpaliwanag. It's like he didn’t feel any of it. parang wala lang sa kanya lahat. parang one ‘sorry’ can fix the chaos he left behind.
so what would you do? would you face him and finally talk? or pabayaan na lang 'yon, kahit alam mong ilang beses mong hiningi sa langit na bumalik siya at sabihin kung bakit—para makalaya ka na, para matapos na ‘yung kwentong siya rin naman ang sumira?
(experience ko 'to pero i want to know your opinion 😅)
for me, i think no closure is still closure. i can listen if they want to explain their side, pero kung sorry lang ang sasabihin nila, i will not ask for the explanation. as much as i want to know, i won't bother sitting still and getting stuck on a torn page anymore. the most i'll do is be civil kung bumalik s'ya. ikaw na rin ang nagsabi, parang wala lang sa kanya lahat, and that's enough closure for me. it's not easy to forgive and forget—and we don't have to do that, actually.
i'm okay with giving second chances, i can be as understanding as i can, but that will depend on who or what we're giving the chance to. i'm not the one in your shoes so i can't really feel the emotions and pain you have right now—it's up to you to weigh out your feelings and act on it.
you're right; one sorry cannot fix everything. kung sisirain niya ang kwento niyo, iiwan kang nagsusulat mag-isa, tapos babalik na parang wala lang—baka po nasa maling kwento ka. o kaya siguro matagal nang tapos ang kwento, hindi mo lang napansin kasi nandiyan ka parin sa huli nitong pahina.
(these are just my thoughts! 😅 hindi ko po alam ang buong pinagdadaanan mo, but i'm sorry that happened to you.)
in my opinion, i think normal lang na magkaroon ng callsign regardless of ano ba kayo—friends, talking stage, lovers, madali lang mabigyan ng callsign/endearments ang mga tao in general if i were to observe how people around me act nowadays.
pero kung ang point is about sa inyo ng talking stage mo, i think it all boils down kung ano ba ang meaning ng callsign para sa inyo—or if mutual ba ang understanding n'yo or kung pareho ba ang depth ng intention when you pertain to each other gamit ang callsign na 'yun. ultimately, it's up to you and that person to know if you're both comfortable with using callsigns early (?) or if you both need to get to know each other more before endearments. we all have different boundaries and perception naman. may callsigns na pang-friendly lang, may ibang pang-intimate, depending sa tao. :>
TANGINAMO RR BAKETT DI SIKAT ANG RAIN OF REMINISCENCES 😭😭😭💔💔
elowweee darlingg, cute cute moo
hai hai hello po !! lemme just share my thoughts on "Before the Coffee Gets Cold" by Toshikazu Kawaguchi
It's about a small cafe which offers a chance to go back in time. The book basically explores four customers who want to travel back in time all for their own reasons. The character stories are actually very heartwarming and they capture the human experience :)) the highs and lows + the pain and joy
But syempreee time travelling comes with its risks. The main idea of the story is actually to highlight that when the customers time travel, they must return to the present before the coffee gets cold !! It's a very light read actuallyyeye but it warms the heart. ❤️🩹
The stories are small moments in time and it explores what it means to live with love.
Andds it actually portrays the opposite of a common time travel stereotype (??) I'm not sure po if nasa synopsis yun eh kaya I won't spoil yet HAHAHA 😭
If u have anymore questions po, I'll gladly answer :3 also didn't know if I should reply sa post niyo so dito nalang hehe from not so anon
hiroOMG HELLO!! i was actually so curious about Before the Coffee Gets Cold, and i'm thinking of reading that first since s'ya ang pinakamanipis among what i have (except The Metamorphosis, i'm planning to binge-read Franz Kafka's curated works so i'm finding something else and short to read first). parang ang interesting n'ya nung sinearch ko s'ya online—right up my ally, and there are a lot of good reviews so i'm excited to give it a read once my sched and motivation allows me. 🥹 i think may other works from Toshikazu Kawaguchi na ang gaganda rin ng reviews so i might check them out as well~
thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, hiroooo!! ^^ super appreciated talaga, can't wait to read it and enjoy every page of it. 🖤
hello pu 👋 ask ko lng, sino close friends mo sa autwt?
ay parang ang hirap naman sagutin... HAHAHAHA jk! tbh, i don't really have close CLOSE friends here—like 'yung may main circle of friends, ganun. i'm just here and there, nakikipag-interact at nakiki-fc sa tl. parang saling kitkit lang. :">> it's nice seeing other people build friendships here in autwt, though! and it's also nice being acquainted with both writers and readers. (of course i want friends FRIENDS too! siguro i'm just a bit detached from others for some reason but that's just a me problem. HHHHHH)
