hai hai hello po !! lemme just share my thoughts on "Before the Coffee Gets Cold" by Toshikazu Kawaguchi

It's about a small cafe which offers a chance to go back in time. The book basically explores four customers who want to travel back in time all for their own reasons. The character stories are actually very heartwarming and they capture the human experience :)) the highs and lows + the pain and joy

But syempreee time travelling comes with its risks. The main idea of the story is actually to highlight that when the customers time travel, they must return to the present before the coffee gets cold !! It's a very light read actuallyyeye but it warms the heart. ❤️‍🩹

The stories are small moments in time and it explores what it means to live with love.

Andds it actually portrays the opposite of a common time travel stereotype (??) I'm not sure po if nasa synopsis yun eh kaya I won't spoil yet HAHAHA 😭

If u have anymore questions po, I'll gladly answer :3 also didn't know if I should reply sa post niyo so dito nalang hehe from not so anon

OMG HELLO!! i was actually so curious about Before the Coffee Gets Cold, and i'm thinking of reading that first since s'ya ang pinakamanipis among what i have (except The Metamorphosis, i'm planning to binge-read Franz Kafka's curated works so i'm finding something else and short to read first). parang ang interesting n'ya nung sinearch ko s'ya online—right up my ally, and there are a lot of good reviews so i'm excited to give it a read once my sched and motivation allows me. 🥹 i think may other works from Toshikazu Kawaguchi na ang gaganda rin ng reviews so i might check them out as well~

thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, hiroooo!! ^^ super appreciated talaga, can't wait to read it and enjoy every page of it. 🖤
