As for the opera fyi, I get it. Sounds belted at such powerful levels really call the belly-coil forward.
Funnily enough, I had just rewatched Phantom of the Opera thanks to my friend Emi reminding me of it's masterful taste.
I had only seen one true opera irl, but I was in middle school then, so I don't remember the name or details, just the flashbacks of the raw emotion it gave me.
