hello all,
sorry. i dozed off there.
how do you feel about your dreams? are they vivid: are you the one in them, first person, and maybe they feel like memories? or are they things you witness, and let go? or, you know, a combination of those things.
how does it go for you, dreaming?
theyre vivid only when theyre weird asf; i remember i was mario and i was doing a roblox obby then i fell into a pit of lava. i also remember being a pony and then getting my arms stabbed by jeff the killer in an apocalypse(phantom pain is REAL). otherwise i forget them in about a minute after waking up š im ALWAYS acting as a character i know but not myself for some reason, and it switches between first and third person..
even though i dont really watch movies, my dreams are often bunched up into a movie š¤ i wish i remembered my dreams long enough to write it down, its always goofy but also good that i want to recreate it š
Well my dreams feel realistic and I don't get them that often. They are in first person and usually it's me doing weird things and thinking "God what am I DOING". I usually need to think if I really did this after the dream (ļ¼Ļļ¼)
I only have recurring dreams and only like once in a blue moon. I'll have some bullshit dream and spend the next week having the same exact or very similar dream. And then every few months I will dream it again. Then I will spend the next few months dreamless until I am tormented yet again. Sometimes by a dream I have already had sometimes by a completely new one but always for at least a week of sleep. Sometimes I am me, or watching me. Sometimes I am someone else. More often than not I am a noire detective who fucks mafia bosses. And in one specific dream that I have around Easter I am my middleschool self wandering an infinite version of my middle school in what I think is hell. I have this one dream that I get when my sense of reality is weird where I will watch a movie and be able to perfectly describe it but the movie doesn't exist. My most recent dream was one that I have dubbed the warehouse, where I am in an infinite warehouse completely alone searching for someone once I give up I wake up. I have had exactly one lucid dream and woke up the moment I realized I was dreaming, have never had another.
GHAK! You woke me up! What the hell!
My dreams are actually just like what the term āfever dreamā means. My brother is the oppositeāheāll dream of waking up to a twelve-pack of Coca Cola in the fridge. Thatās it. But mine are actually really elaborate and nonsensical schemes that I usually cannot grasp when I wake. Sometimes, in very rare occurrences, they are quite down-to-earth. Usually those scare me mostā¦AndāI have had a lucid dream only once. I was aware I was dreaming but I was unable to do anything to āchangeā said dream. And Iāve had multiple accounts (especially when I am sleeping without an AC or something to cool me off or when itās daytime) of sleep paralysis! I have only spotted some sort of ādemonā once. It was a shadow in the corner of my room. Which barely counts. Did I get a visit from the Hat Man? But anyway, I wake up like five times every time I sleep. Itās difficult for me to stay asleep but I sleep for a long time consecutivelyāmy average is eleven plus hours. Dreaming is one of my favorite things to doāitās helped me form stories (literally!), itās helped me get ideas, and itās made me realize things about myself locked in the brain sphere I cannot consciously locate. Iām also kind of a maladaptive daydreamer. You could say I spend quite a bit of time in my head. So, the dreamscape and me, weāre pretty close knit.
I have dreams in 3rd person
You know my dreams.
I don't really try to remember a lot of my dreams unless they are genuinely noteworthy and just. utterly perplexing to my waking self.. All of my dreams recently have been either about things happening to me irl, or they are me trying and failing to run and punch things... I do not know why, but whenever I try doing those two things it feels like im on the moon !! I have to do jumps to get anywhere and I just cannot hit anything !! It stresses me out a lot because I am always in a life or death scenario !!
