You're so real for thinking Ivan tops if he's with anybody but Till. I think he still switches even then, the same way topping can be vulnerable you can still bottom without leaving yourself entirely vulnerable, but that aside I resonate with what you said because my preference for tiiv has nothing to do with seeing Ivan as a bottom and more with seeing Till as someone who doesn't prefer bottoming without some caveats LOL. Like Ivan's a top but he's not Till's top /lh.
YA THANKS and you are right, I think there’s just something appealing about till being the only person he would bottom for and it being his first time bottoming ever (tho again i rarely hc that since im not rrly into the concept of them not being each other’s firsts / ivan x anyone else) but I can for sure see it that way too and you are ofc right that its possible to do that without leaving yourself vulnerable! For me I wouldn’t say that my tiiv preference doesn’t have much to do with bottom ivan bc it for sure does I like it for many reasons but yeah I dont see him as just being one as in, it being fixed, part of identity(?) (ik its the case for many gay men but yea). And I also see Till as having preference for topping idc how controversial it is in this fandom I just like that ❤️ Generally my preference is more about them as in specifically their relationship than them seperately bc it scratches my brain so right and gives me many ideas and is beautiful but also I do find them more attractive in these positions so 🤷 bjshsjsh Ty again
