What you said about making namshua into stoners… stoner joshua is real, I believe in him so much. I also find it fascinating that despite being a somewhat devout catholic mamas boy, joshua is (the source is the voices in my head) a stoner, goes partying, had a piercing phase (bring back the brow one), got tattoos just because and is slightly evil. Namjoon on the other hand seems to have had a more secular upbringing (again, the source is the voices in my head), had this rebellious teenager rap persona but only started going clubbing very recently. One would expect the opposite. So I imagine their dynamic would maybe include an initial dismissal of each other as too different only to challenge and fit each other in a way that completes (but not mirrors) the other…
