Hiiii I just watched a video analysis on why mr.big suuuuucked and decided to get an hbo max subscription just to rewatch sex and the city. I am now thinking about who from svt would be who on the show. Like sc has big Aidan energy but Carrie really fucked him over. Idk who Carrie would be btw. But I think Joshua is Samantha and seungkwan is charlotte. Woozi is Miranda. I am sure about these. I have the urge to cast jeonghan as Carrie just bc, but I know that he’s actually an evil mix of Samantha, charlotte and Miranda all at once. Maybe jeonghan is Mr big actually (this is not a hate message, I love jeonghan its just that he’s extremely emotionally constipated in my head)
So maybe seungcheol is Carrie and Aidan is Mingyu. I feel like this message has been a true example of my flow of consciousness, sorry to have exposed you to this mess🤡 but yeah jc forever
okay i’m reading this in the light of day and HOWLING at joshua as samantha. it’s just that i think joshua is a charlotte in the streets and samantha in the sheets.
i have not watched this show since the mid-2000s anon so i really can’t speak to the characterization beyond my shallow memory of it. I don’t really remember WHY we hate Big, just that he generally sucks? But from what i recall, i support a toxic romance reading of jeongcheol as big/carrie even if I’m not sure Carrie and Seungcheol map onto each other that well.
