yes you can ask, but it is hard to tell without knowing your @. I will block people who don't have their age in their bio if I see they have followed me multiple times and the softblocking isn't working. i might miss your age in your bio if it's in an obscure place fyi.

otherwise i block for a myriad of reasons, i'm a big believer in curating your online space and found it helped me a lot when i was struggling a lot last year. sometimes its not even that i want to remove someone from my online space forever, just at that time. i'm also not against reviewing those decisions. if you want to send me a another anon message with your @ i can have a look and maybe dm you. i won't post your question.
