i think for mnsvng the emotional core i come back to is soulmateism, in the sense that their is a feeling of home and safety with eo. as a nd and certified weirdo there is something deeply romantic to me about having a person who you feel so safe to be around you can completely unmask, and not only will they accept that they will love it. going along with each other's silly antics, or never worrying about an odd turn in conversation because you know they'll follow. to be loved is to be known, wholly and completely, and thats something I come back to with mnsvng a lot.

i see you asked this to a few people, and have received a few different answers. i think that points to my personal feeling, which is that its really more up to you how you define these terms. its fan content, i think rigid rules don't really make sense with that imo.

all i truly know of the top my head is that a drabble is supposed to be 100 words exactly. i think almost no one follows this rule. i personally use drabble for something that i have written out properly, not just a messy explanation of my brainworm, but that doesn't feel substantial enough to be a fic. like glow or lavender morning, basically just one or two scenes.

i use snippet for a small section or quote from a larger work. usually i just do this for a wip wednesday, or otherwise as a preview for that specific fic.

i know ficlet is smaller than a flash fiction. i think flash fiction is supposed to be sub-1500 words. these kinds of distinctions, 'ficlet', 'drabble' ect., made more sense previously when fanfic archives didn't look the way they do now. now we can simply see the full word count of a fic, so these labels to give an idea of how the size of a fic are sort of redundant.

I have seen people use the term 'threadfic'. you could have a section on your pinned post called 'threads' where you could save the fic and any other threads you wrote?

ultimately its you online space so organise it however you want/makes sense to you, i've read some pretty long thread fics. for my drabbles i usually give them a title and a cover image and a rough breakdown of the work similar to how i do with fics. then i simply post ss of the doc under it. for threads or long rambles about brainworms i'm way less structured with it.

i hope you do write it out and enjoy that process, i know what its like to have big ideas that require a lot of commitment to finish 🙃 you never know you could write the thread and feel so energized and inspired you end up writing way more 🤍

the heavy blush makes me rethink of a old brainworm of omega camboy jsvng who decides to do a special livestream during his heat. he's sure he'll rake in a lot of money. in my previous brainworm mnh flexed his cash and bought all the tickets so no one else sees his omega like that.

except this time they do a bidding war for the only ticket being sold, a special heat solo stream. it was felix's grand idea, sure jisung will rake in the cash. jisung is a little nervous at the prospect of being so vulnerable on his streams because he really loses his head during his heat. but if its only one person thats not so bad.

anyways, the bidding way goes crazy. quickly two people out match the others and they're in a dead to dead heat. jisung is on stream during the bidding war and can't believe it. the time period for the auction is nearly over and jisung jokes that they're going to have to fight it out for it, and they both suddenly stop and agree. obviously one of the bidders is mnh, the other is some random chucklefuck. whatever.

jsvng tries to laugh it off but both flx and svngmn (his bestie and his reluctant mod) tell him to stfu and let them. he'll make even more money filming them going at it over just watching him during a heat. so they set it up, and jsvng is losing his mind the second he spots mnh. strong, broad and so alpha it hurts. but with his pretty face and plump lips he is like something out of jsvng's heat-induced fever dreams. he couldn't tell you the colour of the other guys name.

jsvng is watching the livestream of the fight while sevngmn films it and he just about gags when he sees mnh's hands for the first time. already bruised, he clearly boxes. i think some of the stream watchers tip him so jsvng can see them calling him a slut for being so openly horny for mnh's hands. mnh wraps them up for the match so sexily, holding the bandages in his mouth to help keep them taut ect. jsvng was just supposed to watch the fight for the stream but his box of toys is looking more tempting...

anyway mnh gets into the ring and creams the other guy. easily. one hard punch and he knocks him out, the other guy didn't stand a chance. jsvng hears him growl 'my omega' and nearly passes out, he's grinding into the heal of his hand, he can't help it. the chat is flooding with messages but he only has eye for mnh on the stream, the wraps around his fingers bloodied, but not from his own blood. he slides his rings back on and jsvng has an intense dream of sucking each one back off his hand and then carefully unpeeling mnh's wraps so he can finger him. or maybe not, maybe he'll ask mnh to leave them on and backhand him across his face and- no nvm lets leave that.

anyways mnh wins, jsvng comes on the stream in his joggers and embarrassingly ends it. his heat approaches and mnh has the link for the heat stream, all organised by jsvng's mods. he's scared of streaming for mnh, but also so thrilled at it. that this handsome perfect alpha wants to watch him.

anyways heatstream happens and jsvng is losing his mind. he puts in ear headphones in so he can hear mnh and his soft voice whispering filth directly into his ear is maddening. he begs for mnh's sexy hands, for his knot. all flushed vibrant pink across his nose and cheeks, dripping and wanting. the toy isn't enough, mnh's voice isn't enough. mnh calls him by his streamer handle and jsvng sobs his real name and begs him to call him jsvngie. mnh says no, he'll call him his omega.

anyways, jsvng gets so heat drunk/feverish he barely knows whats happening. his heat just won't break. mnh is teasing him for it "oh is my omega doing all this to put on a show for me?" "ofc your heat hasn't ended you need a knot don't you baby? you're so empty, i can see how much you puffy hole wants it" "you're worth every penny baby."

jsvng gets so lost and whimpery he tells mnh his address and begs him to come over and fuck him through the rest of his heat. "please, please. be so good. all yours, please mnh." so mnh does <3
