I'm not sure if this has been asked already, but what sort of voice does Fran have in your head? Can you compare to anything or anyone?

Mayumi Shintani. Specifically that nasally mildly annoying voice she uses for Rika from Dai-Guard. Maybe a bit deeper, but that's always the one in my head.
