Whats your favorite gundam anime?
G, easily. I'm a huge fan of everything Imagawa has made, and G has the exact same vibes as his Giant Robo OVA. Also really like 0083 because it's the platonic ideal of UC, but that post military trial scene in the last episode pisses me off as much as it pisses everyone else off. Imo Gundam is kind of bad when not made by Tomino, and I generally don't care for newtype stuff. Just don't find it interesting compared to gruntwank like a lot of the manga and videogames like 0081 or Thoroughbred.

I remember there used to be a Fran themed QnA (curiouscat maybe? Can't remember, it was when you still were on Twitter). Is there a way one can know more about Fran's lore and her whole history overall?
The unfortunate reality is that Fran lore is spread across Tumblr, since I made her in mid-2018 right before the NSFW ban, and then curiouscat and several other ask sites over the years till now. I've never made a toyhouse or whatever it's called for my OCs, but I probably should at this point. She didn't have a terrible amount of actual lore written anywhere until I started doing the comics, but the general rundown is that she's a fairly successful webdev, makes around 90k a year, and spends almost all of it on PC components, eating out and plushies. She's close friends with Alex (and basically nobody else save her internet friends) and spends most of her time off of work playing sim and management type games, as well as getting incredibly mad at people in MP games like dota and whatnot.

You brought up how Zoe has morphed into some SRW character and now you have me thinking about a mecha AU of all your OCs. You ever thought about that? Also Pierced was amazing! Glad to see it finally come to fruition and looking forward to whatever's next.
See I actually really didn't enjoy SRW30 much, but the scientist in it was basically exactly if Fran was in a mecha setting lmao. That being said I prefer super robots vastly, so the best way I could see it working is a mid 00s ecchi harem style thing with Sami in the middle and everyone abusing him a la Vandread. Just without the severe literal societal divide along gender lines lmao.

as someone struggling to find motivation to draw, what would you recommend as a way to get creativity flowing? anything in the realm of short studies, redraws, etc.?
I'll just do little meaningless sketches that might turn into something more, like that jacket series or the eroge party one from last year. It's very easy to fall into the idea that you need to create PIECES and ILLUSTRATIONS that means every drawing needs to take 100 hours and suck ass the entire time, but starting with the intention of having a finished piece is what stifles the flow for me at least.
