i have 2 dreams each night. one is typically hyperrealistic but theyre usually very cinematic or just interesting. the worst dreams i have are about the world ending and stuff but i don't really get scared in my dreams anymore!

only few times a week. either nightmares, or ones where i wander in very unfamiliar odd hidden places yet feel very safe and comforting. definitely true that what you dream of sometimes are those you fear and desire most subconsciously

the only dreams i really have are weird benadryl-induced stress dreams in which something like my house burning down or someone is entertaining more people than me and it feels real bro like i wake up crying and scared to move

i dream every night and honestly almost all of them are distressing LOL
