when someone memorizes the taxi’s plate number.. especially when they’re the one who ended things, there’s something heartbreakingly romantic about it. it shows they still care (a leftover habit from loving them for long 😔) still wanting to make sure the other person gets home safely, even when everything between them is already falling apart.
