this is the same as prev anon. i just wanted to add something: i wish people understand that translation isn’t just about integrity. it matters but it’s much more complex than that, even professionals don't rely on that alone. one korean word can have multiple nuances nd the structure often relies on implication, so translators have to choose what makes the most sense while still keeping it natural nd closest in the target language. there’s rarely just one single correct translation, many are valid depending on nuance nd context. expecting everything to be academically perfect is lowk unrealistic tbh bcoz that wud often result in translations that don’t even make sense. criticizing someone else's work without any clear reasoning nd evidence is not fair at all, it just comes off as a red flag nd more like an attempt to make them feel small than actually helping no matter how politely it's worded, that still is not constructive criticism

thank you for adding this!! i'm still hoping that anon will actually show which posts they think were inaccurate, bc like i said, i'm willing to fix mistakes if necessary. i’ve had people point out mistakes before with specific posts, and that method really helps me learn. anyway, i really appreciate this thoughtful reminder 🩵 stay healthy!!
