for submission do we have to put the entire prompt in the opening notes or just the prompt code?

hihi!! both versions are perfectly fine by us!! as long as you mention your prompt code (which is a requirement), the rest of your author’s note is up to you (although, sharing the entire prompt can sometimes be more convenient as it makes everything more accessible!) ^^
