There are not many alternatives, as many new apps are barely developed and hard to use, as for Octocon defending pedophilia. You can find that https://www.tumblr.com/octoconbeware. I suppose the best thing that can be done is use Pluralkit, Tupper, or use Obsidian, GoogleDocs, etc. If anyone has alternatives they'd like to share be free.
