hello all,

do you like stillness? being comfortable? resting?

does it come easy to you, to take time off, to maybe...think of yourself kindly?

i know a lot of you are mentally ill and stuff (soz about that guys, RIP,) and i am sure your experiences with this topic...really depend on that.

yes I do but because of my adhd. I cannot truly "rest" unless I eat pills which is kinda sad
