that labgerm account is 100% cruel and unjust and people ignoring that genuinely confuse me.

so like labgerm, if you didnt know, is an account on tiktok who does “expirements” with different animals- most commonly fire ants, plecos(a fish), and slugs. in these videos lab-germ constantly causes extreme harm to the animals. for example, covering slugs in fiberglass and salt, injecting cat SEMEN into a pleco, removing the plecos skin and putting salt+fiber glass in it(no i’m mot joking), and putting fire ants in glue traps and slime. obviously this is blatant cruelty, so…why don’t people care?

is it because a pleco is an invasive species? is it because slugs and ants are gross? arent they still torturing animals who can very easily feel whats being done to them..?.,.???? the same people were the ones freaking out about that cockroach machine (as they shouldve been) but now they don’t care. its the same thing thats happening though; why arent people mad at labgerm for wanting to torture these animals in the first place?
