i was logged into the wrong fucking account. ok for real this time: do you prefer cooking or baking, and what's your fav thing to cook/bake? (and can u share the resippy :))
cooking for suuuure, i'm better at improv than chemistry is the way i'd put it lol. i really like both, but having the ability to make adjustments on the fly is huge for me. FAVORITE thing...... god it's so simple but the humble grilled cheese always satisfies and she's so easy to make with literally any price point of ingredience. But la basique is all you need ever:
White bread, mayo on the outside (THIN LAYER), 1 or 2 slices of American cheese. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat, place sandwich in pan. Flip after 3 minutes, let the other side brown for 3 minutes. If it's not as brown as you want it, let it go for longer. If it's too brown..... Scrape the burned bits off w a butter knife, it's still good. And do it for less time next time.

Any songs that were childhood favorites?
Oh god, so very, very many. I was VERY into the beebos, and classic rock in general, as a kid, so as a child my favorite songs were like Stairway to Heaven, Eleanor Rigby, Paint It, Black, Purple Haze. Very "now that's what i call classic rock radio" because that's genuinely what I was listening to most of the time.
