oh my god. so it started very unserious i just thought of dilf minho age gap minsung. and then i was like alright who is his son. jeongin would be good. omg what if jeongin was his YOUNG ADULT son that'd be so awkward. i love sitting in awkward and uncomfortable and weird. then when i thought about minho/jeongin father/son dynamic i pictured minho distinctly as an Asian Dad with Asian Dad love languages like he just couldn't be any other way to me. but then as i started thinking about the minsung dynamic, minho is outwardly touchy affectionate with jisung and def babies him so i was like hmm… how would that contrast make jeongin feel…. Bad, probably. So i needed to put them in a pressure cooker somehow, and i decided to make it a chamber piece lol and trap them on a vacation. I’ve had multiple pivotal life changing conversations w my own dad on family vacations HAHAHA so the inspo def came from that.
