Hii Anon! I’m more into teasing them with the suitable implement by pressing it against their little hole, a threatening little poke just to see them panic.
If it were to be actually inserted, then it’d definitely be part of the punishment, and a really humiliating one; perhaps they need to stay in position with the suitable implement handle jammed inside their little hole, on display for anyone to see, and they have to clench to keep it inside, because if it falls out they’d get punished more. But I don’t think there’s many implements that would manage to remain inside, mainly due to the length, so you’re setting them up to fail, which is devious and fun, but yeah, I’m much more into just some threatening teasing to make them panic. As for it being a reward, I don’t think so, reward is always fingers
