Uhhhm so! It's all tropes i enjoy in the alnst/ivantill fandom specifically because i've never read so many fics as i have for them lol
I really like the fake dating trope tbh, and it makes me sad there aren't really many ivantill fics with this 😔
Then mhhhm i'm a huge fan of hanahaki aus for the pure angst potential of them, though i often find myself not liking the endings because they can feel too cheap- my fav fics for it are "love blooms" by kate882 and "whether you like it or not" by hot_island_songs (not complete yet but it's soooo good i swear). I'm also super excited for nemo's upcoming post hanahaki surgery fic heheh
Then! I'm also a fan of time travel/time loops. I've read such incredible fics for it... "anaphora" by zombiekittiez is one of my all time favorites (though mind it's pretty dark) and "dividing by zero" by quillifer is also incredible
Also also also i have a huge soft spot for sickfics! Here i obviously recommend "idiots can't catch colds" by my dear pinecow and also "talking, but i'm tongue-tied" by littencloud9 (which also features jealous Till which i adore)
Then i obviously also love actor aus as a consequence of alnst's otr ofc,, and i'm the biggest hurt/comfort enjoyer too
This turned into a fic recs type of reply 😭 but i truly love yapping about fics i love so you should check all of these out, they're great

VAMPIRE TILL!!!! ok so:
- only Till and Sua are vampires. Till kind of hates asking her for help or advice but they always help each other out for vampirism related problems. Suatill my beloved worsties
- in this world unis offer night classes for vampires but Till chose day classes anyway (why i wonder 🤨🤨). You always see him around campus with this huge black umbrella (he thinks he looks so cool and edgy) and he always has to apply LOTS of sunscreen. Sometimes he goes out in a hurry or just forgets, Ivan always makes sure to check he's applied it correctky every day and reminds him to reapply it through the day
- Till can transform into a bat but while growing up he couldn't control it well, he usually unwillingly shifted form due to strong emotions and he was very embarassed by that. Growing up he's gotten better but sometimes it still happens
- the first time Till noticed how good Ivan's blood smelled was during a fight when he was like 12, he hit Ivan on the nose and blood came out and it had this heavenly smell- Till almost jumped him and then ran away because he was so afraid he almost bit his best friend. From then when they fought Till always pulled his punches or hit him only in places he knew wouldn't draw blood but only leave bruises
- for halloween Ivan probably dresses up as a vampire and has Till dress up as a werewolf for the giggles
