Hello! Is there anyway you could explain to me what ticketbay is and how it works?

its just a resale ticket site but u need korean bank to pay and most sellers are korean so u have to speak to them in korean, they only release the money u pay to the sellers after u confirm receipt of the ticket, the methods of collection are still similar to other resale tix that i've alr mentioned in previous asks
