my impressions when i watched en-camp as a new engene who didn't know their dynamics: jungwon seemed most comfortable when he was around jay #IMO and i was fascinated with the way he actively sought him out even though they were in different rooms... jay on the other hand was just Soft and Quiet and Sensitive to me.

i rewatched the episodes to see if i missed anything hehe and wow there was a healing. i don't think i have anything new to add to what's already been said before by everyone else but tl;dr: jay being too self-conscious about being jungwon's manito to know how to act around him? amazing. jungwon not knowing it was jay because he's always sweet and admitting out loud that he knows jay is partial to him? amazing. ni-ki guessing that jungwon's manito is probably jay while jungwon was completely clueless about it? amazing. damn i'd love to see how jungwon would act as jay's manito lol. an interesting thought experiment to have.

one moment that has always stood out to me though was when jungwon asked jay if he was his manito and jay said yes and jungwon made That face. something about it tickles me... the kind of face you make when you come to Realisations... jungwon realising that the perfect one has been there all along...
