Maybe I’m being a little delulu but I honestly feel like bin saving matt name as “cube Mmtt” is so intimate and cute 🥺 he definitely had a reason for it and the way he was smiling while explaining it.... it wasnt random like it actually meant something special to him and the photo he chose too he has so many cute pics of matt so I don’t think he just picked one randomly or because he was lazy to change it feels like he chose that one on purpose because it’s meaningful to him also and I don’t believe it’s just a funny memory especially since it ID he really loves it and matt reaction made it even more obvioushe looked like he knew exactly why his name was saved like that and he was so calm about it that kind of reaction makes it feel like its something personal and cute between them not random at all also bin once said he keeps names based on the impression someone leaves on him that reminds me of the first time he saw matt at Cube he thought he was older but when he approached him that impression changed immediately into something softer and cuter So the name “Cube Matt” feels like it holds that memory I just find it so adorable and sweet rlyuuu😭💕
i knowww like maybe to most people the contact name might seem too casual or whatever but hanbin's a very sentimental guy... like he said with his explanation about gunwook's contact name (which is still bopeul gunwookie xD) he doesn't want to change it bc he doesnt want the memories that they shared to just go away :') so yeah i agree that it holds a special memory for both of them :') also if he's had that old id photo of matthew since they were trainees it means it's been his contact photo on all of the phones he ever had since they first met aaaaa and it's also cute that hanbin's gatekeeping the photo to himself (bc matthew will scold him LOLLL) and he kept it as matthew's contact photo so he can see it every time matthew calls 😭😭😭
matthew's reaction to it was funny bc it didn't seem like it was news to him lol they're so fucking cute ughhhhh
