i enjoyed it but i do think you have to be expecting a book that kind of goes nowhere. its very… meandering. but its a fun time capsule of the era with some fun observations of queer culture (i personally loved how much it talked about dykes being faggy) but the last third of it i started getting a bit bored. ultimately i am glad i read it bc it has a lot of character to it!
