hello all,

do you like stillness? being comfortable? resting?

does it come easy to you, to take time off, to maybe...think of yourself kindly?

i know a lot of you are mentally ill and stuff (soz about that guys, RIP,) and i am sure your experiences with this topic...really depend on that.

I love it, I'm also depressed so it comes naturally for me. Thinking of myself kindly doesn't come as neutral, but I am working on being kinder to myself and I feel like I'm making good progress 🖤
