hello i return! im thinking about comm vs, which doesn’t really go well by the end of the rotation but i do like to have it as a jumping off point. so, i present, my thought process! and the horrifying confusion that comes with it

i think i’ve mentioned in the past working with a vague comm cap for how many comms a vs can have per unit (5 for non-miku vs, 6 for miku). i dont have reason to believe there is or isnt a cap, but it helps me balance dueness so i’ve kept it around. i have a feeling someone’s going to raise that this rotation though (so miku 6 -> 7 or other vs 5 -> 6. or both if they hate me specifically), i just cant see many good outcomes with it as it is… vbs and wxs have 3 at my cap, leoniigo 2, and mmj on the verge of getting a 2nd. yes this is a self inflicted rule but still

luka’s also so high that i think she needs to be killed here. with her wl + a lock on vs, i think we can get rid of her

so, kaito out luka out. with wxs next i want to consider them first. im drawn to the idea of miku for them, it just aligns well. they could have meiko for a “cap” breaker, but i dont feel strongly towards that. imo the kagamines are weird—len should not be here if it’s 2oc (the best choice imo, esp with two very open lim slots that’d fit a long lim gap from someone with 2 mixes…) but rin has other, more ideal placements. my issue, though, is that i think giving miku to wxs is what fucks up the rest of my predictions! she may just be better suited to niigo…
i do think mmj summerfes is the best choice for balance, so they’re next. now, if it’s 2oc (iffy), i think rin’s The best choice. if not, she’s still likely but i have to consider others. meiko is possible if 2oc too, but idk if they’d prioritize shizuku or meiko. i also think meiko’s in just a generally good enough spot that she can be literally anywhere else (mix or event).
if mmj is 3oc (which makes sense because they need an anni 3*… squaring them all away here would make sense), all it does is include len in the running (airi’s likely the 3☆, so 2☆s are all that matters and it’s all the same count for most vs). that’s kinda where the trail runs dry for me.
niigo in july is likely, so they’re next. im ignoring the possibility of niigo len because he has gotten plenty of content lately, so i think him getting excluded here makes sense. ive been leaning towards meiko for them, but i could see luka. which is where my luka exclusion theory falls apart, because she’d be such a good fit. i dont feel strongly on niigo miku, or rin, or len…. but none of them have no reason not to be here. ouh.
then leoni. at least luka is very much unlikely here. i honestly have no clue who they could get. meiko maybe, rin perhaps? i feel like len shouldn’t be here after hona6… rin being here honestly might fix the rest of my issues tbh. so then maybe:
wxs miku (4☆)
mmj len (2☆)
niigo meiko (4☆? probably?)
leoni rin (3☆ i think… shop in general though imo)
