hi guys sorry to get serious on here. the taliban have cut off the internet in afghanistan. this may not seem like a huge deal, but it means that many people can’t work, the new stations are out flat, other countries cannot reach afghanistan and has disrupted flights. and for many others, it was a simple joy to have internet, to be able to entertain yourself because lord knows (speaking from experience) there’s not a lot to do over there. it means that they’ve been cut off from the rest of the world. the vast majority of my family live there. i cant contact them in any way now. i hold hope that they’ll unban wifi soon, but i cant be certain.
