hii !!I've been thinking on something regarding x but I'm more so intrigued regarding the parasite that inhabits her because if I recall correctly they were already existing on the person before x manage to steal their body(or I'm very wrong on that part) but anyway how does it spread with there also existing on the twins??
assuming they came from somewhere they could originate from the place where they were from and spread in which effected the sanctum. I am genuinely intrigued by them with how they work even though they are a small thing but I feel like its also something that connects x back to the twins somewhat; I've been wondering on how they work other than latching on the host and altering the body and what they do as an organism or whatever they are. they kind of remind me of the aloys from hnk if you know that somewhat. sorry if what I'm saying doesn't make senses
it was artificially planted and not directly transferred (it’s not possible for direct transfer of bloxxians other than modes of reproduction), therefore it had slightly different properties than the Bloxxian of the miritwins - which is why it could spread as it was able to. and it does spread as such by doing its parasite thing as parasites do to hosts //existing and feeding at the host’s detriment - in x’s case they suffer harm & is prone to more stress they usually try to tank anyway.
although realistically it can’t just be classified as a parasite solely because it does benefit him in some ways gulp — not only being a way to transform into their bloxxian (still has negative reprecussions) but it also helps them sense their surroundings better, or being another means of body language as it’s also reactive to x’s sensitivities. questionably it could … probably manipulate other objects …? they have not tried that, but you can ask! they’ve mostly made peace with it because they’re not a standalone organism
it’s important to note that because of this difference that the miritwin’s bloxxians are not parasites, only what’s on x , so it only really “originated” from those two. it’s very much connected. could even say they inherited it if you want a wording for that
i definitely agree with it acting kinda like alloys from hnk, but it might be likened more to voyager 👀 both x and voyager’s bloxxians function similarly but they have notable differences
