Im unsure if you've mentioned any of this before but, from WEEKS of trying to get keyreavers full character with SWEAT, I think I've come to a conclusion that their development is similar to the philosophy of absurdism, as keyreaver is seen to be finding no meaning in their new life after exile, they began to obsess over death as an escape out of this meaningless loop, but as the story unfolds, from player to CTL, they're not like that anymore,, and that they're just accepting this dumbass life and just live with it,(the deal with that bumass scripter also made them just accept this because they can't really like, die anymore). Please correct me if I'm wrong oh god kappi .I'm TRYING KAPPI PLEASE SAW ME
i talked about their character in relation to absurdism in january before so yes you are in tune with it. they can technically be classified as an ‘absurd hero’
even during their players arc there is a very strange kind of joy and freedom in doing something as normal as a casual outing or things that are morally reprehensible being so resigned(?) (Or moreso “Well it’s whatever” to the objective meaningless of it all But However not the dullness ///Because they’ll go ahead and make it fun for themselves anyway. Someone who cares a lot about subjective meaning. And it is also a very contradictory character so even these might appear incongruous with it at times — Ichor prides on being defiant and staying true to ichorself so it’s no surprise ichor doesn’t cling onto false hopes. ichor doesn't actually have any ultimate goals, unless you count simply living life as one
