both blessing and matter scripts are a way of governing oneself (the body, society, law) in carinae, cannot necessarily be separated from daily life

the concept of Matter scripts is a fundamental, omniscient principle and is very embedded within carinae life / throughout all of the regions, with differences in how they go on about it. it is described by people as a very, very subtle force in itself which drives the existence of every object whether living or non-living

Blessings on the other hand separate themselves from matter scripts in that they are ESF exclusive terms. they tend to lean more towards a religious way of conducting oneself on the basis of virtue through suffering (Matter scripts are more neutral)
However, blessings are also just a way of managing the ESF better because blessings quite often depend on the kind of bloxxian they have, and are only allocated in early childhood. ( Example being certain departments or institutions are separated by blessings. )

sometimes blessings bring in preconceived ideas about it affecting your personality more directly than matter scripts (Which No One will say whether that’s true or not … These are all philosophical afterall) — As opposed to the more “universal” Matter scripts which are said to stick with you since the beginning of one’s own existence, meaning to them, traces back to millions and billions of years. They can’t be “decided”, they’re just there.
