player titles work in either mutual or forced transference. the one between deathknell and keyreaver is an example of forced since KR didn’t have any say in it. The House works indiscriminately. if it’s through forced, the nearest person (in terms of physical location) to the owner of the title becomes the new holder of the title regardless of who they are, after the previous owner dies. this is done in order to ensure all titles are filled since The House requires some form of activity to sustain itself
