i've been learning for years now, but at a slow pace. when i first started, i used talk to me in korean, doing mostly self-study and trying to familiarize myself with vocabulary. i also lived in korea for a while and have some korean friends to talking to people really helped. now i take classes online one on one using preply, but i don't really have time to study as much as i'd like because it's very time consuming! it's been about 5 years but very very veryyyy inconsistent, i think if i studied hard that whole time i'd be more fluent, but i've taken several 6+ month breaks during that time lol
