hello !! this isn't really a question but i came across your solboo thesis on my tl and just wanted to let u know i thought it was really beautiful, especially the quote “one would not know the song of the trees until the wind passes through the leaves” ... which coincidentally (?) also reminded me of a manga titled similarly, kaze to ki no uta/the song of the wind and the trees :DD i love the manga and have been on a big solboo kick recently so this was a lovely connection to come by/make. thank u for sharing your words with us!
