GASP. wait don’t even get me started about duty vs love, that is genuinely one of my favorite concepts to explore. I definitely think hyunjin Has the strong capability to internalize duty to such an intense degree .. he’s critical and very cognizant of expectation irl so i definitely think it aligns for him. I actually had this one au idea a long time ago where he was the older twin prince of a kingdom and he had to cut off his fwb (a noble’s son) due to his duty as a prince and as the more ‘responsible’ brother to marry another prince he doesn’t love for the sake of their kingdom. it ends up as a love triangle sort of, but I didn’t get too far with it in the end lol. but anyway !!! just highlighting how much I loveee this theme

god I know … the fact their songs sound like they’re speaking to each other it gets me so fucking hard. and the fact that they’re each other’s biggest fans when it comes to their music UGH. like hyunjin is literally the #1 promoter of han pop . he’s brought up so many of his songs so many times it makes me ill . and I get it </3 their relationship is so complicated and deep and just so wonderful.
