You're proving my point you only see the one (1) bad perf bts had bc you're only around kpop twit esp the nctzen twit which is just a bts anti gathering instead of any actual nct stanning 😭 and that bad perf was in a Korean award show right after their world tour so it's reasonable they're exhausted nobody in 4th gen even sing live in award show anymore cause everybody's on tour throughout the year they have no energy for that. Also I mentioned their American TV liveshow not because of western validation but because locals definitely care more about vocals than kpop stans since lipsyncing is the norm in kpop for a reason and yall definitely are more biased than locals ok bye💜

No offense bts sang live fake love on American television before and locals praised them, heeseung definitely cannot sing it live tho that performance (as well as any iland performance) is pre recorded vocals when they stood and sang (not dancing) and processed a lot after cause there's no breath coming out and also we can all hear the obvious auto tune but we all know an nctzen would be bitter about bts so nothing new really
none taken and i hope it goes in both directions, even if that dig makes me feel like we aren't discussing in good faith lol. but i'm sorry if it seemed like i was implying iland stages had live vocals from that comment, bc they obviously don't - but idt i even mentioned anyone's singing for the last couple eps beyond an offhand comment about sunoo's voice??? i might be wrong tho
and with that said. i'm sure bts got praised for some perfs, i didn't keep up w them anymore at that point, i just know that some stages i saw were a struggle? but that's really more of an issue of certain songs being pitched too high, which ik is supposed to be impressive bc of How High It Is but i don't appreciate when my untrained ears can hear them straining.. & this happens to many groups in various companies.
and if you think this has anything to do w me being a "nctzen" you've clearly not followed me for any length of time, which.. is fair LMAO. i sometimes forget not everyone has seen everything i've said since the dawn of history! but yeah. i stan dream (and as hard as it is for ppl to believe i genuinely dgaf abt western popularity beyond wanting them to do just well enuf to still tour europe, im sad abt their loss of fanbase in asia djhfbdjbsj).. but i have and will continue to acknowledge that dream are not the most technically proficient group vocally either. this includes mentioning my bias's vocal regression and pitchiness several times lol.... some dream perfs have also been a struggle to get through

hm, this is tricky because i tend to write most things i want when i want to do them lmao (even if not all get completed/published).. for tropes i think i'm kinda stuck in what i like but i also don't want to explore too much lol? that which interests me, interests me. / the one-trick-ponyisms. (tho i do try to come up with variations.)
for aus i guess a 'his dark materials' au, or simply a daemon au, is one of those things i've never completed though and very much would like to do? OH. and extremely enhypen specific, but something dark moon or mv lore based au?? children of vamfield jinojakah jakewon... you will happen one day. (also i can't stop thinking about illit fatal frame au.... never tried, but would like it to happen)
