i get that people can be super mean, and that it's so easy to overthink too :c sometimes the more we focus on it, the worst it gets... i learned that sometimes we have to do "radical acceptance", just accept that there are people who think badly of us, and then move on to other things that can make me feel good, like reading and such! i hope that helps you as well!
