"you've been wrong all along, they confirmed it!" as if everything on ao3 isn't fiction in the first place 💀 i've said this before and i'll say it again, i really wish people would separate the RPF characters they read about and the real people in their head. the mnh i write is a fictional character, it doesn't have to be 100% accurate! life is so much more enjoyable when you realize it's all for entertainment purposes, not to be "accurate" <3
also we literally don't know what is "accurate." none of this tells you explicitly for real actually what anything is like for them in the bedroom--and if you think it does, like good for you for enjoying your own fiction!
and even if what these people like is 10000% totally real, i literally do not care lmao. i am not trying to be up in real ass human beings' sex life lol. that is not my business. i am here to have fun and write interesting stories and sweet moments, and, yes, Jsng making Mnho cry from pleasure in bed lol. and if they clearly hate that so much, leave?? lmao. you don't have to be here lol.

I do think for me they're creatively more interesting. I feel like there isn't much canon-wise for me to add to the collection, and others will do it better than me. I do have one canon horny fic idea but idk when that will come to fruition.

I wonder how you come up with concepts, or what draws you to write something?
ooh it really depends, but sometimes I watch a movie and it gives me ideas (as it was came out of the Constantine movie!) From Eden came to me because I liked the imagery of when Minho has visions and wanting to see a different take on omegaverse than at the time I had read. Betelgeuse was literally a weird dream I had and I built it out of imagining the world and what minsung's relationship would be. sometimes I get bingo cards or fest prompts and it grows from there! (my 80s omegaverse came out of wanting to black out my sapphic bingo card with 1 fic.)
as much as I adore canon compliant minsung and other ships, I have moved towards enjoying interesting AUs to put them in and see how I would fit in who I like to think they are into those worlds. I know that's not for everyone, which is fair, but I just find it fun to work with! I've also admittedly have run out of cc ideas that I'd like to work on that aren't just smut-centric haha.

dear iilen, how is the new place treating you? have you gotten used to the chillier weather? i remember you talking how the southern heat was difficult for your body, so i hope the new city is softer on your body and that you'll find sth new as work, just take it slowly, one step at a time. your stories are one of a kind, if ever you feel like they're not good enough, they are very special, and there will be people looking forward to them even if you wanted to pause for a few years or stop altogether. take care (from someone struggling, too)
thank you so much for your kind words :< <3 the new house is good. we're still setting it up, but we've done a lot since this summer. i wish it was cooler! we've had a warm front going on, but it should cool off next week. i'm excited for autumn weather. i hope i can find a new job as well, but we'll see how the rest of the year plays out. thank you again for being so sweet. the struggles are hard and i am trying to not hate my fics, but it's a constant battle, really. i hope your struggles lessen soon <3 i'm here though, so you don't have to feel alone.

oh hiii, happy Friday! I do actually! one of my favorite horror sub genres is like space horror. so I loooove Event Horizon and the Alien franchise. I'm also a sucker for the Conjuring series, even if those actual people were ~the wooorssstt~ but my all time fav horror movie is The Thing! going to watch it in the theater next weekend with my roommate.
