I think I am a bad person - I have many short comings and negative traits .. especially ones that don't just impact me but affect those around me despite my efforts to change them

I've often been called abbrasive and difficult to be around, I mask constantly when I'm around others because of this too .. along with my lack of empathy - I do try and overcompensate for it with choosing to care for others but it's difficult and I feel like a preformative person a lot of the time because of it ..

But maybe I just have aspd
