Arranged marriage Qoremond with an age gap but make Qoren fail spectacularly in setting himself apart from the beastly incestuous targaryens because aemond's simply irresistible. Ethically tries to wait until his bride's fully of age (unlike the boy's disturbingly idolized father who took his first wife at 11) but all dornish honor, ironic righteousness and freethink goes out the window once he actually smells his (HIS) omega. Add to that aemond feeling ignored and rejected in a marriage he claimed to despise because of course his self-worth crumples in the face of neglect and you have yourself the most delicious dynamic. Like, Aemond's glad his new husband won't touch him or even share a bed or a residence with him but also... Why Not? Is he that repulsive? Insufficient? Turns out Qoren's actually pulling his hair out, knocking down elixirs and calming tinctures, and praying for the patience to keep Aemond a virgin. He doesn't last long..

Aemond is still only a child, and Qoren doesn't want to cause him any harm; it would be wrong of him to take advantage of him like that at his age, so he simply must wait. He just wished that waiting wasn't so difficult. Aemond is doing his best to act like he doesn't care, but he's also tried to subtly approach his husband and perhaps get him to show some interest, but that always ends with Qoren all but running away. Aemond can't help but think that there must be something wrong with him to receive such a reaction. Qoren didn't even seek him when he was in rut. This is humiliating. He's probably spending all of his time with one of his many lovers. Meanwhile Qoren is pacing around his room and making his servants lock him in from the outside to keep him away from Aemond. It does not work.
