still going on walks averaging 6000-8000 steps, though slacking a bit lately. the weather is starting to turn inhospitable for walking. yesterday i was walking with my roommate and we saw 2 hummingbirds chasing each other around and making noise. before that, i did not actually know they even had a song/cry. there were also ducks rapidly gobbling up duckweed with a funny sound. i could be eating more green vegetables.. but otherwise food is good lately.
