I love your toji sooo much you are such an amazing character writer <3 blag and swimming pools by kremas (rip) really got me into him as such a tragic character and wow you are really unmatched. please keep writing!!
I’m still making my way through your catalogue but I’d love to see you do something with Naoya who also fascinates me as a character, loved loved the part in blag where he tries to impress dad > gets slapped > cries > immediately goes back to trying to impress the grown ups. man you are so good at this 🙂↕️
aaa thank you!! we're both mourning sp my dear anon trust me 💔
im sorry to disappoint but i really dislike naoya sdkjfgdf ive only put him in two fics but the other one (mbhoe) doesnt really reflect how i see the zenin, i didnt really put a lot of effort into it so that part of the fic is pretty mid imho. good news for you is since i love writing toji as a zenin and his relationship with naobito im inevitably gonne be writing more naoya too lol
ive been really busy these past few months and things have been going pretty terribly but now that i have a lot of free time im hoping to get back to writing semi-regularly!!
thank you so much for the kind words 🥺❤️
omg i found your toji/sukuna works around 2 days ago and its all thats been on my mind! I love the way you write and how interesting their dynamic is! I was just wondering if you are still working on any more fics about them or maybe thinking about it because they are just too good😫💞
Hi, hi, for the blag sequel, in a "worst" case scenario, I thought the song new magic wand by Tyler the creator was suiting. I think the song is fitting for Sukuna/Toji depending on the au
Anyway, I love your jjk fics! I recently got into jjk and your fics are all so beautifully written and I'm so happy to have found your work!! 🙂↕️ Thank youuu
hi! omg you're so right lmao i have no doubts the though of killing mamaguro a keeping toji to himself crossed sukunas mind even for just a sec lol
overall blag sukuna is very tame, not actually a criminal (well, if you look past the arson) so he wouldnt do that but hes incredibly possessive of toji hehe
thank you so much!!! 🥰🥰
hi obee :3 have u ever considered writing something for ghoap?
TiH anon again!! Omggggg i'm buzzing outta my SKIN RE Minato being a darker character than kakashi acknowledges/realizes bc like while I was reading some of their scenes together i was like..am I just being a pervert (which,...yes v likely) or is there something FISHY going on here. I loooove it when authors explore that side/possibility with minato, especially with kakashi bc even in canon I thought some of his choices re kksh were odd. i imagine that plays into fugaku's perception and treatment of kkshi, too...really making me feel for fugaku bc good lord is his plate overflowing with mess lmao. sweet sweet gai is also the love of my life, he's such a solid rock in general but also in kkshi's life, even when kkshi's being a dick whiiiiich is like, often lol. So excited to see more of him! And omg no rush at all re an update!! Please take all the time you need, it's so clear that a mountain of work goes into writing it and definitely don't want you to feel rushed! Ty again for yapping at meeee, this is legit the best part of fandom and im so grateful that you take the time to answer my word vomit lol 🙏
hellooooo!! oh you can rest assured you're in very good perverted company here sdkjfs and yeah i think minato lends himself so well to darker readings precisely bc of how idolized he is and the fact that everyone considers him this great, kind, purehearted hero (while also being a military dictator who once defeated one thousand people in like 10 seconds)!! its so fun to explore how someone apparently so kind and gentle is actually capable of such atrocities. plus yeah the toya mission was completely made up on my part but even in canon minato absolutely made the worst possible decisions for kakashi time and time again lol
i think i mentioned it once a while ago (when retro still existed i think or maybe cc) but fugaku and minato definately had an agreement that kakashi was never privy to (theres a hint of it during the new years celebration when minato and fugaku go into the tea room) which involved itachi as well and i might elaborate on that in the future but i do think fugaku saw how willing minato was to bargain kakashi's freedom of choice away and that influenced the way fugaku saw kakashi for sure. like he was really just a dog that used to belong to minato and now belonged to him. that changed over time of course, tho i think those contrasting feelings always existed within fugaku until he eventually made some sort of peace with kakashi and is beginning to accept him as more than just the family dog (itachi definately helped with that since he loves his big bro so so much <33)
anywayyy thank you for being understanding i really dont take it for granted 🥰🥰 if you have any other questions or even just want to yap with me some more ill be super happy to oblige hehe thank you so much for all the love 💗💗
ahhhhh fugaku-anon from before, tyssssm for your response, i gobbled it all up. When you lay it all out fugaku really was going through the horrors in his own right, and unfortunately for him kksh is a disaster in all of the ways. I think what also makes fugaku interesting in TiH is that even though at times he was awful to kksh, he's like...the one adult who doesn't take advantage of his vulnerability. Like even minato does even if it wasn't direct. Idk if it was deliberate, but I love the similarities in the scenes where fugaku and minato "protect/rescue" kksh from the abuse he's suffered, with minato swooping in to save him from a mission he sent him on and fugaku confronting kksh's 2 Uchiha assaulters during the excruciating sealing (which he inflicted on kksh). The one bright light is gai, ofc, and I'm so so glad you've included him! Literally kakashi's only healthy relationship 💀
Tyty for indulging me!! I really could go down character by character and gush on your portrayal of them, they've all got so much depth in this universe
hi!! you really hit the nail on the head in that, for all that he was violent and abusive in his own way, fugaku was still the only (or at least the most) responsible adult in kakashis life. a lot of his harshness also comes from the fact that, as a jonin, kakashi himself is considered an adult by shinobi society so fugaku trated him like one. minato does too, to a certain degree, even though he did take advantage of kakashi's loyalty and put him in the worst possible situations time and time again. honestly minato had a much darker side than kakashi ever gave him credit for. you gotta remember we only ever get kakashi's pov and hes not the most reliable narrator lol. and since you pointed it out yeah!! i really like writing both "rescue" scenes bc i think they really showcase how differently minato and fugaku go about protecting him: minato swooping in like you said like some great hero but in complete disregard of kakashi's own autonomy, vs fugaku noticing kakashi's distress and reaction to the trauma HE witnessed firsthand while taking care of kakashi after the toya mission, and only acting when kakashi leans into him as he sees that as a cry for help (also tiny spoiler but that story aint over lol). and then gai!! hes the light of my life too not just kakashi's!! i love writing gai so much tbh and i cant wait to develop their relationship further. kakashi was the shittiest "friend" to him for the longest time but hes trying his best now!! and he still has so many horrors to go through omg gai is truly gods strongest soldier for not giving up on kakashi. thank YOU for indulging ME!! i turned this into another yapping session lol i just love this fic so much and its partly why it takes me so much time to update every time bc i dont wanna rush it and ruin everything lol thank you so much for all the love mwah 😘🖤🖤
re-read TiH and cant stop just thinking about fugaku, especially after the most recent chapter. like no one is as much of a mess as kakashi but that's a pretty low bar. Wondering if you have any insight you'd be interested in sharing about how you're managing his character? not looking for spoilers or anything, I just love it when authors talk about their fics!
hi! it actually makes me happy that you asked about fugaku bc hes the character i love writing the most besides kakashi lol i think the main thing i try to keep in mind when approaching him is that hes got A LOT on his plate. hes a father of two, head of a family, head of a clan, police captain, living in a village that segregates, fears and often straight up hates his clan, and with a nuclear bomb of an adoptive son (not in terms of power but in terms of the absolute mess that hes always in sdjkf) so.. yeah. the other main thing is that he didn't want kakashi. he brought him into his family to avoid a civil war over his eye and to respect obito's dying wish, but kakashi is still someone who's not an uchiha who possesses a sharingan, and for a long time fugaku couldnt accept that. on top of that, kakashi was minato's student so that didnt work in his favor either, as there was always the underlying fear that minato could use kakashi against the uchiha in some way (not that he actually thought minato would, but he couldnt fully trust him either knowing minato's allegiance stood first and foremost with the village that mistreated the uchiha). in that sense, i think minato's death was actually a bit of a catalyst for fugaku and kakashi's relationship to develop. when fugaku sent kakashi away, he genuinely thought it was for the best. he didnt trust himself to deal with a kakashi in that state, not without hurting him more than he would have by kicking him out. and he thought he was protecting his family as well that way. sorry this turned into a whole yap session (i could yap more tbh) but!!! i really love getting to speak on his pov a bit since we only ever get kakashi's! i hope that answered your question lmao and feel free to send others if i was a bit unclear kfjgdg <33
heyloo:] I wanted to give you my compliments and appreciation for your underbelly sktj fic. I read it on halloween and it honestly fit the vibe so well that I couldn't stop reading even though I was invited to a party, and even afterwards I kept thinking about it. It's so yummy and delicious my god I couldn't have imagined a tastier ending for the two of them. What does it not fucking have. The age gap,,, the messed up savior trope,,,, the intimidation and unease toji felt towards sukuna only to fall into his behavior, the highkey cathartic moment of reading toji straight up murder his abusers which I can only thank you for. it was SOO good. Amazing. Breathtaking. I don't always wanna see toji be the small, sad victim, which he is and you portrayed him perfectly but it's also refreshing to see him take action and make his abusers pay for what they did to him. It's another reason why BLAG was so amazing in my eyes, I was happy when toji unleashed his anger. Let him be a problematic princess with his murderous boyfriend whose twice his age♥ I also generally love the concept of corruption, so that's another factor for my obsession with this story. On the other hand, I love the unexpected sweetness and tenderness Sukuna showed towards Toji, in some ways it even reminds me of canon Sukuna in the manga and how he behaves towards Uraume. Of course it can be read as a tactic to lure Toji into a sense of security to further aid in his corruption, but IDGAF!!!!!!! I loved how gentle he was, giving Toji some space to come and take what he wanted, help him gain control back as an older man in contrast to the old men in Toji's past who had taken his control and consent in disgusting ways. It was lowkey heartwarming to read, Sukuna having a little soft spot for a younger Toji. And the smut was insane I was gagging through the whole section. It was so amazing !!!!!!!! thank you dearly. <3
omg hi!!! thank you so much!!! i think writing teen toji for me is such a joy bc it gives the chance to explore what shaped him into the adult he will eventually become, so maybe thats why he may seem like a "small, sad victim" at times: hes still in a very vulnerable state and with no idea how to process all the trauma hes experienced, and that to me makes for such an interesting starting point for a story! whats funny is that even the way he kills his abusers (naobito in blag and his father in underbelly) is so different and leaves him in a completely different state of mind, which then dictates a completely different future for him. and i really liked writing sukuna in this fic! we only ever see him through toji's eyes but there was so much going on with him!! initially he really just wanted to kill toji, when he first saw him in the rain. easy prey, but then something about him caught sukuna off guard and he realized he may want more from him... he definately couldn't understand it at first, thats why he said he was just doing it for fun, but i think he realized toji represented something that was missing in his life, something he didnt even know he was looking for until he found it. it was so fun getting to explore the dynamic between this broken runaway teen and this brutal, cruel cannibal with a soft spot he didnt he know he had lol thank you so much!! 🖤🖤🖤
so then why did toji wish he forgave her?
well, that was just a very childish thought he had, he felt incredibly scared and alone and he just wanted his mom. also, i think before she raped him, she was actually very sweet to him and sort of a good mother, so he probably used to feel genuinely safe with her, that's why he misses her. oh and there is so much lore i didn't get to explore in the fic thats just sitting uselessly in my head lmao but she was not mentally stable at all. she was probably also abused by her husband and brother in law (i dont exclude she might have even been a close relative like a sister or a first cousin) so she had her own issues too.
