hello all,
do you like stillness? being comfortable? resting?
does it come easy to you, to take time off, to maybe...think of yourself kindly?
i know a lot of you are mentally ill and stuff (soz about that guys, RIP,) and i am sure your experiences with this topic...really depend on that.
It is as they say、“An idle mind is the devil's workshop。” Relaxation is an unsettling state to be under when I'm accustomed to keeping occupied、in body and mind。My Vestiges do their best keeping me from crossing over the line、and for that they have my utmost gratitude。
