thank you for the answer and the insight, sevanno. this is actually my first heartbreak and soon will be my first breakup (like, not breakup yet but i know they don't want to continue anymore) so i'm kinda lost and don't know how to deal with or stop these feelings 😅

I'm sorry for hearing this, anon. It’s totally okay to feel lost right now, seriously. Everyone has been through this phase and there’s no quicker way to heal. The only one thing that you have to do is just need to give yourself time to feel everything first. It’s okay to cry or mad with this situation, just don’t get stuck there for too long, okay?
