hihihi!! ofc! let me break this down for you.

first of all, safe to say that i'm more a writer than i am a reader, so i only read stories if i can really engage with them, especially if they're well written. this means that this list will probably not be too long, as 1) i only recently started using ao3 and 2) i genuinely don't read much at all lol.

on another note, i'd like to clarify that i'm publicly and explicitly ANTI CENSORSHIP, which means that some of the stories that i read might contain potentially taboo topics (eg.: noncon/dubcon, incest, etc) but that DOES NOT mean i support any of these things in real life. rape is a horrifying thing and incest is sick and disgusting. i DO NOT condone these horrible things at all. i read books containing topics as such, it's the things i enjoy sadly because they are linked to certain traumas and aspects of my life that have branched off into this, but again, i do not support, condone, entertain or perform any of this. i'm warning about this because i don't know what type of stories you're into, but as you're asking for recs, i'm gonna give you a full guide and i don't want you to freak out about this! i'll include a warning on top of all the books so that you know which ones to read and which ones not to according to your likes. it's scary saying i'm anti censorship because i could get cancelled so easily lol, i hope you don't think i'm a weirdo because all of this is fiction and that is the only reason why i engage with this kind of content.

warning, i also read a lot of sex. yes i am a freak. anyway here it goes!

"two can play" by minisungverse, a little 2min serial killer fic. AMAZING. it toys with themes of dubcon and obviously gore and violence, but plot twists are amazing, arcs are clever and i believe it's overall very well written. if you're not into explicit descriptions of violence and blood, then avoid this one.

"tell me no" by breakmeopen. minsung explore consensual non consent. jisung literally asks minho to roleplay a rape fantasy. all consensual and lovely, in spite of what it sounds like! even if you're not into noncon/dubcon, you might enjoy this because everything is safe and healthy. kinks are negotiated, they use safewords and even when minho has a bit of a drop, jisung helps him out and they discuss everything safely. very nice read <3

"double trouble" by cloudrages. leaving this here cause it's hilarious. a second minho randomly spawns and they both fuck jisung. it's amazing and very funny. not much to say about it. just porn without plot but incredibly good. ironically, the sex in this for me was not the best, i enjoyed more reading the dynamics of jisung leaving with two minhos. definitely recommend!

"no expectations" by gongie. absolutely one of my favorite things i've ever read. dynamics are so pretty. it's explicit as well but it's so so so sweet and contains no taboo things that might freak you out. jisung is an omega in heat and minho asks if he can knot him. fwb to lovers, long and nice, also has side ships. must read.

"protein shake" by carabiner. jisung meets minho at the gym, they plan to have sex. very hot and not even as sexual as it sounds. there's a lot of fluff and conversation which is cute, plus big plot twist at the end. not my favorite but you might like it!

"pink on the lips of your lover" by tangerinescream. gay minho fucks trans jisung. i think it's pretty nice and sweet the way minho makes jisung feel comfortable about his body and his scars. a bit too long (i enjoy better shorter sex scenes) but it's still great and engaging.

"no attachments" by ockleibi. a classic. i discovered this one before i even knew it was blowing up on twitter, one of the first i ever read too. so sweet and funny. safe sex, kink negotiation. everything pretty and healthy. also jisung is autistic which is greatly portrayed. kudos to the author.

"unconditional" by tangerine scream. kitty hybrid jisung x owner minho. it's a very soft, very lovely sexual dynamic that toys with power abuse but at the same time is completely consensual and very very sweet and fluffy. jisung is a bit infantilized in this one but it makes it all the more lovely reading about minho caring for him and treating him gently.

"morbid curiosity" by bingchillen. THE WRITING IN THIS OMFG. i was in love. i'm very picky about the writing in fics because i'm a perfectionist, but this had me kicking and giggling. sexy model minho x stalker jisung, but i like that it puts a twist to the whole stalker dynamic by not making stalker jisung a dom and actually making him a sub. he yearns for minho, and then minho becomes lowkey obsessed with him, so it blurs the line between who is actually stalking who. amazing, thrilling and suspenseful. definitely one of my top favs, and again, the writing? chef's kisses.

"sigma kappa zeta" (series) by askata_blue. now this one's trickier. i recommend this one because i binge read the entire thing in like a week, but it certainly contains a LOT of taboo topics that aren't for everyone, including a lot of kinky stuff + incest. (again, i DO NOT support incest outside of fiction. please mind that). basically, skz are a fraternity, eight guys in a polyamorous relationship that have a lot of sex. that's that. it's fun because they explore a lot of different dynamics. everything is consensual and they're actual boyfriends who love each other so it's also sweet, aftercare is adorable. but yes it does contain taboo topics and a lot of kinky shit that is not for everyone.

"in sheep's clothing" by mntsnflrs. OMFG. i ADORED reading this. i hate reading multichaptered fics and this was also my first chanlix fic but OMFGGG. i was in love the whole thing. the ending in my opinion was slightly anticlimactic but that's just because i'm a sucker for hurt/no comfort and other types of darker fiction that i think could've fit this specific narrative better, but it was still incredible. basically a stockholm syndrome fic where chan kidnaps felix and they fall in love, but there's a lot of lore in between and insane plotlines that had me HOOKED. kudos to the author for this amazing masterpiece.

"hands-on learning" by dawnshine. very gay very virgin minho x fuckboy playboy jisung. peak dynamic, so fun to read and actually really engaging? it was fun to read about sub minho for a change, and watching jisung slowly realize his feelings for him was great. basically minsung become fwb and fall in love lol.

"fuckracha" by hanniesdaddy. this one is so unintentionally funny? 3racha fuck minho and that's basically it but it's hilarious cause there's no plot or lore whatsoever, it's just 3racha hanging out with minho and suddenly they're like "ok we need to fuck someone" and minho is like "well i'm down" and they're all just so nonchalant about it? like changbin and chan are done fucking him and then are like "ok thanks bro time to game". I LOVED IT.

"say it again" by kayceeliz. minsung have sex and jisung discovers he has a "hyung kink". i don't really fuck with the whole "hyung kink" thing because i feel like it's stupid and slightly disrespectful to korean culture and language? but then this was one was kinda fuckwithable. like i dug it bad. definitely recommend.

"for science" by mominstxx. i didn't LOVE this one but i think it's funny and sweet. nerd x nerd minsung that accidentally eat an aphrodisiac and have sex. it was a bit cringey at times but then it was good so i'm adding it on here because maybe you like it.

"rip that heart off your sleeve" by cloudrages. idk this was good. it contains mentions of noncon/dubcon so maybe watch out for that. alpha minho x omega jisung, minho goes into rut and fucks jisung and then they mate. nothing too crazy but still a good read!

"spilling over" by hanniebee. ok so. this fic changed the trajectory of my life and i mean that in a literal way because i read it yesterday and i spent about half an hour staring at my ceiling and contemplating after. it was INSANE. peak psychological thriller. the story overall was fine but then the ending came and i couldn't believe my eyes. it made the entire thing so much worth it and made me appreciate it even more. AND THE WRITING. peak again i swear. minho is obsessed with his boyfriend jisung and it all kind of escalates. it made me a bit uncomfortable at times because it contains major character death and noncon in a way that was a bit weird to read, especially because of who dies and how, but don't be scared. let yourself be uncomfortable. it's a good book if you want to step out of your comfort zone because everything is excellently written and it plays with parallelism and foreshadowing in such a way you can't even see it coming. i promise it's worth it. i can't stress enough that the ending was absolutely life-changing.

"weigh down on me" by cloudrages. just a one shot of mafia boss minho and his pet jisung who belongs to a rivaling gang but who minho kidnapped. noncon so watch out for that. but it's good. it blurs the line between mental conditioning and love. it makes you feel jisung's emotions as a person who's been manipulated to fit a narrative. i liked it, reread it a couple times. contains a piss kink which is kinda ew for me but you can ignore it because it's just a moment. again noncon so be careful if you don't like that stuff.

"reliquary" by hansigh. preacher lee minho who is obsessed with jisung. he stalks him and eventually kidnaps him. again noncon, but the writing is peak. i'm lowkey obsessed with people who can fluently include religious references to their writing because i can't do that for the life of me so i'm jealous lol. religion as a metaphor is an amazing form of writing. it was a bit tiring at times to read due to specific tweaks in the writing but so good and also the author is an oomf and i really appreciate her!

"the shape of a daisy" by minsungfootsie. probably the most normal fic in this list lol. minho is a barista at a cafe and he's lowkey in love with regular customer jisung and jisung always brings new dates and minho is forced to watch them. it's really sweet and funny, a bit too long but adorable and very lovely. definitely recommend. no taboo topics here.
