every day. i actually think it's important for most self-employed people to do this to keep from losing it a little bit although i will concede that obviously not everyone has the same need for social stimulation and not everyone who spends 100% of their time inside only leaving to get groceries every couple weeks or whatever is necessarily hurting for it. i do think a lot of people are good at talking themselves into staying in too much, though.
