Hello! I think that I . . . Struggle. With this idea. Because what is my body and what is me? A good book that I read that explains how this idea is to me is Turtles All the Way Down by John Green. It’s one of my favorite books and put words to a lot of illiterate thoughts my brain has. It’s difficult to discern the difference between my Self and my Body and Thoughts and are they all the same? I’m not sure I’d be content with that. But to me I think my body, although separate from me, has made me me, in a way. Although there are differences between mind, soul, and body, all of those parts make me, even if I probably don’t want that. Did this answer your question? I’m not sure!
